By accessing or placing an order through Scripted Humor ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products

All products are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are at least 18 years old

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify and their network of print providers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Scripted Humor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scripted Humor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
