Print-on-Demand Products
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund:
- Printing error or misprint
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item received
- Item lost in transit
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at support@scriptedhumor.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Wrong Size?
We're unable to exchange for a different size since items are printed on demand, but if you contact us we'll do our best to work something out. Check the sizing chart on each product page before ordering — it's there for a reason.
